Refund Policy

1. What’s covered
- One-time purchases on our website: the Training Ground game, any course level, and bundles.
- Not happy within 7 days of payment? Full refund, no questions asked.
2. How to ask
- Email hello@theoptionsacademy.com from the address you sign in with.
- Write “Refund” and which item you bought. You don’t need to give a reason.
3. Where the money goes, and when
- Back to the payment method you used.
- It usually arrives in 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
4. After a refund
- We remove access to the item you were refunded for.
- Refunding the Training Ground also removes the Beginner lessons that came with it.
- Your game saves and progress stay. Buy again later and pick up where you left off.
5. Bought in the iOS app?
- Purchases made through Apple in the app are refunded by Apple. We can’t refund them directly.
- Ask Apple on its Report a Problem page: reportaproblem.apple.com
6. Old monthly subscription
- You can cancel it in My account.
